With over 20 years of professional experience my love for cooking started as a young child enjoying many dinners at restaurants with my grandparents and has grown into an incredible career. I became a chef because I truly believe that I offer a rare combination of culinary innovation and business acumen. My favorite part of my job is educating people. When I’m not cooking, you’ll usually find me with my family or snowboarding in the winter and mountain biking in the summer. 

I’ve been using my extreme passion for culinary arts since 2002.
